I'm not sure if I'm nearly as shrieky as these people, but there are plenty of gasps, squeals, hands covering the mouth, and flapping of the the hands. I'll admit to reading the Twilight books, watching the first movie, reading the Midnight Sun partial draft online (you don't need to know), and being a twinge excited about the next movie. But I'm nowhere NEAR the nutso-ness of you can see if you watch this video. Although, as a self-professed nerd and fangirl, I won't say that I can't relate...

This seems to be a compilation of several fan reaction videos to the Twilight saga: New Moon trailer...it is HILARIOUS. And it seems to be from Italy. I think the guy at the end is actually doing a spoof of the reaction videos, but its still pretty funny.
