Stuff to do!!
I actually had some stuff to do at work today, maybe because it was Monday. I refilled the snacks, ordered more office supplies from Staples, escorted people from the lobby, got the mail, reserved some conference rooms, did a FedEx, binded a report, and re-typed a letter. I just finished doing the last thing, and I literally started falling asleep while typing the end of it. I even had coffee today. Haha, when I proofread it, I definitely had whole lines MISSING from the paragraphs near the end.
I had a good weekend..I actually saw some friends. Friday night, Hannah and I took the train up to SBC Park and saw the Giants-Dodgers game, which the GIANTS won of course! We even got to see Barry Bonds' first homerun this season - but even better, we beat the Dodgers.
On Saturday, I went to Panera with Sara Kamalski - mmm You Pick Two...and it was good, but obviously not as good as the Evanston Panera. We both agreed, something was missing. Maybe because they're still getting the hang of things - it just opened. Saturday night I went to see Just Like Heaven with Adria and Kelly in Union City, half way between Kelly in Oakland and Adria and I in Mountain View/Sunnyvale. I thought it was a really cute romantic comedy, and I really like both the leads, Reese Witherspoon and Mark Ruffalo. Just enough sap, humor, and goofiness for me, and I'm pretty picky with romantic comedies - I've been accused of being heartless by friends after having an "eh" reaction after some romantic comedies (*ahemLoveActuallycough*).
Can I just say that I was pretty much disappointed by the outcome of the Emmy Awards last night (I can't say the actual Awards because our sucky-cable-less situation at my house made it so I couldn't watch the show). With the exception of Felicity Huffman and LOST winning, the rest of the choices pretty much were crappy. But go J.J. Abrams too. Speaking of LOST, season premiere is this Wednesday!! What's in the hatch!?!?!

A big pile of poo.
Miss Yu - you can be heartless - but I love that heartless yu. I mean love. I think we should have a virtual season premier party for Alias. Cause - come on - I can't watch it without you. And - we have to figure out what happens to Michael Vartan!!!!
