YOSEMITE

Today I'm leaving for Yosemite with about 15 other church friends to climb Half Dome!!! EEEE!!! We're driving up tonight, sleeping indoors at the Yosemite Bug, a "rustic mountain resort" (I don't camp), and hiking starting eaaaarly Saturday morning til late evening. Its a 17 mile hike, and I don't know what possessed me to think that I should do this. I'm somewhat confidant that I can do it, though painfully, because I'm not completely out of shape and I've survived through three 30-hour Dance Marathons (you don't know how much your feet can hurt until you stand/dance on them for 30 hours). I just know that by the mid-end, I'm sooo going to regret it and be soooo sore. BUT! The views will be beautiful and the weather is supposed to be nice. I haven't been to Yosemite since my 8th grade trip with my class. That was a lot of fun, but oh man, a long time ago!

I get to leave work an hour early today! yaaaay.
