time to say goodbye!!

okay, so I'm in the last hour of my time as a temp...wahoo!! I'm leaving early so I can leave for San Francisco earlier! Lillo and I are going to the newly opened H&M for a little shopping time, and then we're meeting up with some other friends for dinner and some possible SF nightlife. We're spending the night at Kasey's apartment and then driving back early Saturday. This is looking like its gonna be a good weekend...SF tonight, Dim Sum with Hannah and Mom on Saturday morning (I've never been, can you believe that?), and the Nutcracker with Sara, Sarah L, Adria, and Kelly on Saturday night and fondue afterwards. Then on Monday...the new JOB!! eeeeee, I wonder if I'm gonna have time to blog at the new work like I do at this one...I'm having a feeling that I probably won't, oh well. I still have my crappy computer at home...

So for my last day of work here, I've done pretty much the same stuff with a couple of exceptions. One, I cleaned my desk - like got all the gross dust off and stuff. I feel like I was here for three months, I should make it clean for the next inhabitant. My cube is great, it treated me well - not too secluded, but secluded enough that I could pretty much do whatever I wanted. Two, I listened to a quintet of of trombone, saxophones, and clarinets play Holiday music. There was a group of poeple passing out these little candy cane treats with gummy santas on them to people - just like those candy grams people sent out in high school - and the band was with them, traveling around and playing in the offices. They were these older men with santa hats on, and they were so cute. I loved it, and one of my co-workers bought me a candy cane gram :) so nice.

Only one week and two days til Christmas!! I need to do a little more shopping...

time to go take the mail to the lobby for the last time!!!!
