Hello friends and strangers (?),

I don't know about all of you, but I am SUPER DUPER excited that it is a 3-day weekend!!! Woo Hoo!! I don't even have all that much planned, but I'm just looking forward to relaxing and sleeping and lounging around. Anyone have anything fun on tap? Just because I want to revel in the long weekend, here's what I've got going on:

Friday night - I'm gonna make some corn chowder! I found a recipe in realsimple, and I've been wanting to try it. Then I'm going to see Little Miss Sunshine with Adria! I'm super excited about that, I've wanted to watch it for awhile.

Saturday - Gym, lunch with a friend, Target run, baking a cake for my cousin, and then birthday dinner for my cousin (the one who lives with us) at California Buffet. I'm going to make a yellow cake with chocolate frosting, quite possibly the best combination ever.

Sunday - Church, Gym, no idea.

Monday - Church BBQ, maybe some shopping, chillin' like a villain.

At some point I'm hopefully going to see Kasey, watch my Netflix movies (I got the pilot for Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip and the straight to video Bring It On 3 movie with Beyonce's sister- on my sister's insistence, definitely not my choice!), do some more cooking, and read some books! Yipeee!
