Cold Feet

No, I'm not nervous or backing out of anything...my feet are literally just cold. They've been cold all day and it really bugs. I'm wearing back-less heels today and the feet just never recovered from the chilly morning. I've been trying all kind of different methods to try to warm them, but I still have the coldies. But I'm not complaining about the weather because its finally sunny and rain-less today. Too bad i've been inside for all of it.

At least the nice weather came just on time for the Giants' first home game of the season - that I couldn't go to because of that annoying thing called work. Oh well, we won so thats good - of course I kept track of the game on the handy Gametracker online. I cheer the players on when they strike someone out or get a hit, threaten them when they need to come through in a clutch situation, and jeer at the other team. All these things are pretty normal when watching a baseball game. Except I'm not actually watching the game, I'm watching the little name bubbles that move from base to base, the red dots that show where the ball went, and reading the little description boxes to find out whether it was a ball or strike, and what exactly happened in the play. I'm glad no one sits around me in my office because I probably seem kinda crazy.

Snow Patrol is coming to San Francisco on June 18th! I wanna go to the concert...but the only other person I know is a Snow Patrol fan around here is my sister- and she goin' to Korea in early June. Not cool! Must find someone to drag with me...

Major news in the Harry Potter world today - the fifth movie, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is set to be released in theaters on July 13th, 2007. Hannah turns 26 on that day! But considering Hannah is only 24 right now, that day seems prettttty far away. Also, if J.K. Rowling goes by the schedule that she's gone by for the last three books, the 7th and last book should also be published that summer. Major HP overload...I'm thinking they'll want to spread the love out a bit more, which possibly means that the book will come out later in the year. Which honestly, wouldn't be the worst thing because once that book comes out...its the last one!! And thats kind of sad to me. Because I am a nerd.
