Urgggggg

Today is a long work day, the kind of day when I hate that I'm salaried and don't get paid for overtime. Its board meeting day and tonight's board meeting is looking like its going to be long and loooong and going to be a bitch to take minutes for. I won't get home until after 9 pm probably, boooo. At least they feed us with some decent food. Oh wait, I usually can't eat it until after the meeting though because I'm busy typing notes while everone talks. AWESOME. I think I'm even more bitter I have to stay 3 1/2 hours longer than I usually have to because tonight is the season finale of So You Think You Can Dance and I'm going to miss more than half of it!!! Who's going to win - Benji? Travis? Heidi? Donyelle? I'm rooting for Benji or Travis, but more for Benji. Sigh I can't believe the summer seasons are already ending, but I guess that does mean one thing --- season premiere's start soon!! Ah, I love TV. I think my dream job would be a TV critic. Then I'd get PAID for watching TV, awesome. I bet I'd probably get sick of TV though....

random tangent:
I really want to start cooking more. I've accumulated all these yummy-sounding recipes and I want to start making some of them and testing them out. I also have this idea to make a cookbook out of the recipes I've found, and add each recipe as i make them with a picture of the finished product. I kind of got that idea from the movie "Last Holiday" with Queen Latifah (one of the many movies I watched on the plane from Korea). I love doing crafty stuff!! Too bad crafty stuff also ends up being expensive stuff...I'm going to have to pay for the ingredients, the supplies to make the book, photo prints, etc. We'll see where this idea goes.

I still want to take a proper knitting class, and I think I'm going to take a Korean class at the community college this fall. I wish I had TiVo.

I realllllly need to upload my Korea pictures and blog about it...it's been a week already!!
