My weekend was comprised of lots of eating, family, friends, and some shopping. I saw a couple of cousins I haven't seen in awhile, adorable baby Minhyuk, and had a mini-reunion with some high school friends. About 10 of us went out on Friday night, with only 2 or 3 people missing from the group, overall good times :) We invaded downtown Mountain View and we really wanted to crash the Mountain View High school 5-year reunion we heard was going on somewhere in one of the downtown bars, but we didn't find it. We really wanted to mess with people and make up things that never happened and make them feel bad for not remembering who people were. I went shopping with the Sarahs on Friday, and it actually wan't that bad but mainly because i think we got lucky with finding parking at Valley Fair - we just followed a dude to his car. But I didn't really buy anything at the mall because it was waaay too overwhelming. I did score some really cheap DVD's at Target though, and a couple of Christmas presents. I ate sooo much on Thursday and my yams, cranberry sauce, and appetizers were all hits, I had sushi and thai food on Friday, and my Mom made a big Korean dinner on Saturday night. BUT, I was able to escape unscathed from the gluttony with a couple of trips to the gym. Overall, I felt like I got to do a lot and see a lot of friends but also got to relax and spend time with my family.
And tonight!!! I'm going to see the Barenaked Ladies in concert in San Francisco! Yay, I'm so excited, I saw them in concert about 3 or 4 times in high school but I havent' seen them in about 5 years. I'm going with Adria, a BNL concert virgin, and we splurged on excellent seats - 5th row!! They're so fun and entertaining in concert, i love it!
its getting kinda cold around here. California cold.
