Pictures!

Finally! Getting my act together to get some of my holiday vacation pics up! I just realized there pictures actually only span about three days...Dec 30 - Jan 1. oh well :)

Down in LA for Eric Minhyuk's first birthday (aka Dol in Korean, a big deal). Yes, that's a huge picture of the adorable little stinker. And balloons in the shape of fishies and octopus!

The birthday boy in his han bok finery and itchy hat, in front of the piles of dduk rice cakes, yummmyy. He had a short nap before the party and he was good to go once he was out of his post-sleep daze. Seriously, the happiest baby in the world. He holds my heart (and pretty much my whole family's too) in the palm of his teeny tiny spit-covered hand.

Once the traditional stuff was done (he picked the money!) Minhyuk got really interested in the ice in the drink bucket. Phil put pieces of ice in his hand and he'd hold it there for a couple of seconds before he had to let go of it. Cold!! But then he just kept wanting to touch it.

SOO CUTE! He also got really interested in the balloons that were floating everywhere. He just started walking, which he was really excited about because he kept walking back and forth from the door and back, clutching a balloon, getting saliva everywhere, laughing and smiling.

After an early morning drive up from L.A., New Year's Eve 2006-7 in Los Gatos/San Francisco! My high school 3S3J girls at Sarah W's for dinner, its been a looong time since we've all been in the same city at the same time. Definitely "gold" friends - anyone else remember that song?? A circle is round, it has no eeeendddd....

Me and Adria at Kasey's apartment in S.F. We kinda got lost on the way up and took a little detour through Golden Gate Park...but we made it!

Gail, Sarah L, Emily, and me. This was taken 5 - 10 minutes before midnight! Champagne is in my hand and I am ready and waiting to toast to 2007!

The next day at Christine's 5th birthday party...there are Disney princesses on the plates.

I put these wings on Carol, she liked them a lot. Such a silly girl. What is going on in your head!?! Talk!!!

Babies, food, family, friends - pretty good sum up of my Christmas and New Years. And pretty much all you need to be happy :)

I just realized its the year of the boar on the Lunar Calendar, which is my sign! I remember hating that I was born in the year of the Pig when I was little, but now I embrace the pig - my fellow pigs, its our year!! Make it a good one :)
