Thursday Randomness

- I finally got me some tickets for the Red Sox game on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. It took some ebay stalking, but after a failed bidding attempt and watching numerous auctions, I found four tickets going for $260 if you bought them immediately. Most of the groups of four tickets I had seen had gone for more than $3-400, so I pretty much bought them right away - and they had just been posted. WooHoo!! I'm gonna wear my Giants J.T. Snow shirt! I ain't afraid of no Red Sox nation. Plus, the Giants never play them anyways - but I'm expecting some Bonds catcalling. Sigh, there are 24 other guys on the team people!!!

- I read in some entertainment colomn or blog or something, I can't remember - that there is a live action transformers movie in the works. What the heck?! How would that work exactly? Human transformers? Oh yeah, here it is - from TVGuide.com:

"Jon Voight and Megan Fox (Hope & Faith) will join Shia LaBeouf in the live-action adaptation of Transformers, as in, yes, the toy-line-inspired cartoon. Josh Duhamel, Bernie Mac and John Turturro are said to be in talks to also costar"

This pretty much only interested me because my brother loved the Transformers when were little. What am I talking about - he didn't love it, he lovES it - as in present tense. He asked my sister to bring him back a Transformers DVD that isn't sold in the US from Europe, which she did because shes a good sister, but it cost like 17 euros or something! Thats a lot of US scrilla for a DVD yo. I always say, I didn't watch Sesame Street when I was little, I watched HeMan, G.I. Joe, and the Transformers. But I did manage to get in some Mr. Roger's Neighborhood before the brother and sister got home from school.

- A 14 pound baby girl was born in California recently. That is a HUGE baby!!!!! I was watching the video of this days old baby, and it looked like it was frikin' five months old or something!!! Thank goodness the mother had a C-section - hurts just thinking about it.

- I am inept at spraying perfume. I have this perfume that I finally gave into buying because I liked the smell so much, and now that I have it I feel like I should use it somewhat regularly. This morning when I was getting ready for work, I aimed the bottle so it would spray onto my neck - and I got a face full of perfume. It just got allll over my face - I was choking on the smell for the next half hour. And this isn't the first time I've done this - I've sprayed the air, my sleeve, my hand - I just have no aim. I need to get better at it, that shiz is expensive!
